           Freestyle Fitnes Yoga

 

Freestyle Fitness Yoga focuses on becoming posturally fitter, and includes many of the yoga postures that you know and love.  Poses are carefully chosen to counteract the tension built up by our daily activity and to avoid the uneccessary strains that traditional yoga can sometimes cause.  This is yoga for modern people.  Learn how to load your joints to avoid injury during daily activity and increase core strength for a healthy back.  There is always an opportunity to challenge yourself or to ease off depending on how you feel.  More info...  

Whole Body Conditioning
 

Tone your entire body and get a strong back with this body weight workout.  Using many of the moves and alignment principals from Freestyle Fitness Yoga as well as bare feet you will strengthen stabilising muscles around the joints and strengthen your core in a way that's not possible using machines in a gym.  Big muscle groups will be worked to release fats into the blood stream, and the heart rate is kept up to burn them off and increase cardiovascular fitness.  There will also be a well earned rest after a thorough yoga style stretch.   More info...

       iMoveFreely Biomechanics                 

 

This class aims to eradicate the muscle tension that can create misalignmet in the skeleton.  Techniques from a method of biomechanics called iMoveFreely® can release the muscles that are responsible for general body aches and pains including back ache.  Ideal for those just beginning to improve their fitness to athletes looking to improve their performance.  Everyone should try this class, and the exercises are accessible for most people.    More info...
